Our outreach work is rooted in the values and approaches that have helped shape our own success: high expectations, inclusive practice, purposeful behaviour systems, evidence-informed teaching and a strong culture of care. We regularly welcome visitors to see our practice in action, from Early Years through to Year 6, and are always pleased to discuss the systems, routines and curriculum thinking behind what we do.

Areas of outreach may include leadership development, behaviour and culture, OPAL play, Early Years provision, teaching and learning, professional development, SEND inclusion, curriculum design and wider school improvement. We also value learning from others and see every partnership as a two-way opportunity to reflect, refine and improve.
